1.10 Saint Germain's Heart Meditation
Saint Germain's Heart Meditations, delivered by Mrs. Prophet at Saint Germain's request, are for the clearing, strengthening and initiation of the heart chakra and the balancing of the threefold flame. They include devotional prayers, decrees, mantras, hymns, meditations and visualizations as well as instruction and invocations by the Messenger and the opportunity for participants to offer personal prayers.

After Mrs. Prophet gives an invocation, she will ask you to give the “I AM the Light of the Heart Mantra” six times. (You will find the text to this decree below.)
Please center in your heart as you prepare to give this meditation. As Saint Germain instructed you in this chapter, still your outer mind and body and try to visualize and feel your body enveloped in a dazzling white Light feeling intensely the connection between your outer self and your Mighty God Presence within your heart. Visualize a bright golden sun in your heart center.
