This part begins with Mrs. Prophet's commentary on Saint Germain’s meditation on controlling your thoughts and feelings. She discusses how Saint Germain is out to retrain our feeling bodies so you are able to feel light. (You will find this meditation in section 1.5 of the course)

She also speaks of Godfre’s attainment on the 4 o’clock line of the Cosmic Clock. The 4 o'clock line is the line of God Obedience which is the flame that Godfre embodies.
